This isn’t my desk (#globalfuturism)
"This isn't my desk" is a surreal dark comedy about corporate life.
Set in the head offices of a firm of global futurists, the piece examines camaraderie, manipulation, isolation, exploitation, imposter-syndrome anxiety and bottom lines. Everyday situations are expressed through mountingly absurd metaphor and physical comedy.
This show ran from 24-28 October in Smock Alley Main Space.

In these moving monologue plays, audiences are presented with two vastly different situations, but in their respective extremes we find a common root.
In a society seeking short-term gain and instant gratification, who exactly falls victim to our greed?

The At Large Showcase

At Large held their inaugural showcase at 13th and 14th of August this year.
"Six wholly wonderful and original pieces were presented with feedback being more than welcome as the idea of this showcase was that the pieces could go on and receive further development in order to become full productions."

Siobhan Hickey, Krank.ie REVIEW

Five Women
